Difficulties playing videos

In the past, some users have experiences playback errors due to third-party browser extensions.

Try accessing the same content after disabling all extensions and see if that works out. We've had reports of one extension called Privacy Badger being the culprit in past situations, so if you've got that installed, disabling it might be your best bet.
